Co-led and ran a 4-week, equity-free program for 25 startups: technical workshops, office hours, and a demo day with VCs in the room.

Built a perk stack with partners (Composio, Photon, Corgi, PixVerse, Inworld, Bria) so founders got more than GPU credits.

Ran sessions with people founders actually want to hear from: an NVIDIA Dynamo & Triton fireside, a GTM week with NVIDIA Inception and Cartesia, and creator GTM with Beacons.

Closed cohort 01 with Demo Day at AGI House, then opened cohort 02 in September.

Launched VC partnerships with Accel, a16z speedrun and The Residency, so founders in their portfolios can claim GMI credits.
